The v3.4.96 firmware does exist for the E-series NVR but we have not seen this exact build before.

The v3.4.96 firmware we have access to from the EU portal is Build170921, but there is usually very little difference in builds of the same firmware so I think you should be okay to update to the newer v3.4.106 firmware linked above.
