Hik-Connect No sound on playback?

Hi all!
New here and I am facing a difficult problem (at least for me )

SetUP:AcuSense DVR, iDS-7216HQHI-M1/S with all 16 chanels installed. V4.26.131
Changed 4 of them (3x DS-2CE12DF3T-PIRXOS, 1x DS-2CE12DF3T-FS) just to have audio and some anti-theft alarm
Modem: 4G Teltonica RUT240 with microtik omni antenna MTAO-LTE-5D-SQ mANT

The problem is that I can't get audio on events playback or normal playback, only on live view.
Both mainstream and substream are set to video & audio.

I need to mention that internet speed is low (about 3Mbps Download and 3.5Mbps Upload) that's why I installed the antenna. Before that I couldn't even see live video.

Is there any chance it might be the slow internet that causes the issue?
On playback, do I get main-stream or sub-stream through hikConnect?

There is a small selection of Hikvision cameras that support some sort of audio - audio I/O, built-in mic, 2-way audio - but on multiple occasions, customers have come back to us saying they are getting no audio on live view or playback. So to avoid this problem in the future we are creating...

I have already checked that thread, doesn't seem to be the problem...
I am wondering if the low upload speed could cause the issue...

Ok, problem solved!
It seems that it was an internet problem after all.... as soon as I lowered the recording video quality I got sound on events and playback!
