No focus on DS-2DE5176-AE?

Hello, i have 2 speed dome DS-2DE5176-AE and both are unfocused. i try everything. dont work. image bellow

i cant download the firmware. the link mentioned here Firmware - How do I find the latest firmware for my Hikvision PTZ IP camera? is off

Are the dome bubbles clean?
Do you have access to the controls / can you adjust the focus manually?

Not newes. Yes is clean. Have Access. I think dont have manually focus adjustment

now i need set less Focus

that buttons to set iris and focus dont work

connecting via utp cable and accessing via browser. internet explorer is more friendly to this
