Glare from LEDs

Hello,
Help I hope I'm explaining correctly, English is not my top level. I have several Hikvision DS-1121-i cameras with which I have a problem with glare from the LEDs providing night mode of the camera. At the moment I have turned off the night mode and I have only switched to day mode.

The question is, if someone has had a similar problem with glare from LEDs even with another type of camera, is there an intelligent solution, because additional lighting in some places is not always good to put and make video surveillance meaningless.

Is the glare from the IR's hitting nearby objects?

No, they are not cut from objects in front of the camera, they reflect from the dome. I just solved the problem. I cut a piece of rubber out of my flip-flops to stick the lens close to the dome. Thanks the problem is solved, the image is perfect.
