Anyone using Synology's DS CAM App take note

Whereas DS CAM App works relatively fine, be aware that on cameras at 4096x2160 whereas DS CAM Processes and displays images properly, if you use the Camera Info display, that 4096x2160 video is erroneously displayed as 3840x2160..
video seems to be processed correctly, just the Camera Info display is incorrect for 4096x2160.

I have reported the issue. I’m awaiting for Synology support to reply.

They do not have a 4K ONVIF camera to test upon, so, support is reluctant to bump the issue upstairs, even though DS CAM Diagnostics, Surveillance Station reports that camera is 4096x2060...... and DS CAM Acts this way on multiple iPhones, and SS reports all is 4096x2160 on multiple NAS's.....

However DS CAM cam info display reports a 4096x2160 camera as 3840x2160...

So Support kept sidestepping the issue and finally archived the support request without doing anything about it!

I'm just the postman!
