There is one question: how could I open a conversation with other member? I try to find, but still no clue.

Click on the user you wish to talk to and select 'start a conversation', or go onto the users profile and click the information tab and then click 'start a conversation'

I always do as you said in other forums, I tried here too. While I just find this.
