Resetting camera model IPN6702HD-6311Z and what IP address does it reset to?

good day all
I have Hikvision 4 x model IPN6702HD-6311Z cameras that are offline
I want to hard reset them to reset all settings etc - i cant read them on hikvision SADP software

there is a hard reset button inside
what is procedure for hard reset?
I assume switch on , press button x seconds and then it is reset and ready to setup
please advise on this procedure

then if it is reset what IP does it go back to for setup procedure?
please advise on correct IP address after hard reset

Hi @pieter

as far as we can see this camera model doesn't appear to be a Hikvision model, but if it is some kind of rebadged/OEM 3rd-party camera it might still use the same hard reset process as the Hikvision cameras, those instructions can be found in the below forum thread:

If the camera does hard reset it is unlikely it will reset to a specific IP address, most cameras will find an available IP address on your local network and this can change. Once you've attempted the hard reset we would recommend checking if the camera appears in SADP and if not also try logging into your router to check if you can see the camera as a connected device on your network (there is a possibility that this camera is not a Hikvision model and thus won't be detected by SADP).
