How to open garage door with smartphone via PGM output on Hikvision Alarm Central?

Hi all, can someone tell me how can i open a garage door with smartphone (hikconnect) using Pgm output on hikvision hybrid control panel, do i need a 12v relay or should i use one of four relays that are inside central, searched the net but can't find any info about this, would be very happy if someone can help me, thanks for reading.
