We have a 4 camera NVR system running from the DS-7604 which is connected to our router via Ethernet. When the power went off the other day(was only for 5 mins)I could no longer access the cameras from the Hik-Connext app(they showed as offline). The NVR had restarted after the power cut and other WiFi cameras in the house(Imou) still worked from their own app.
Is there a reason that my NVR was unable to re-establish a connection to the router when everything else in the house had managed to?
