This one is for Phil/Dan:
When I get an alert from the Hik Connect app (Android) that there is an intrusion/line crossing event, I get a notification on my phone. If I go straight into the app, Notifications tab, and try to play the video, it fails every time. However, if I first click on the alert in my phone, which then brings me to the app, I can play the video. The result is that the only way I can play event videos on my phone is to access them through the alert that pops up first. I have reproduced this over and over for quite some time, and it may be tied to others' posts about not being able to play event videos. Just a heads up in case Hikvision needs to look into this issue. Maybe Version 4.0 of the app will cure this.
