2 way audio on Hikvision DS-2CD2T46-ISU/SL - low speaker volume?

Good Day Team.

Please, I purchased the Hikvision 2-way camera (DS-2CD2T46-ISU/SL). After setting it up, I noticed that the speaker volume is very low when communicating between the camera and my PC or phone.

I really need help to get this working. Thank you

Unfortunately, there is currently no volume control for the speaker output on these -ISU/SL Live-Guard models.
