hmmm two Phils could be trouble...where did you buy the NVR? Firmware that shipped on my I series "RR" is 3.4.93 170408 which can be downloaded from the euro portal. I upgraded to 3.4.95 170626 did not resolve my issues. I reinstalled back to the original. Same issues.
