Yes, there is a SD card inside DS-KH6320-WTE1 and it records photos from any calls from doorbells, but not photos from motion detection. Will try to reformat again SD card and follow the instruction.

How about notifications from motion detection- do you receive them with a real photo or a black picture of a bell? I have Samsung A08 Android 10 and iphone 7 both are receiving calls when someone rings the doorbell. I tweaked all the areas in both phones to allow this as it didn't work initially.
