Done the update yesterday and everything is good so far. I did the update via Hik-Partner Pro but the Hik-Connect also showed that there is a new firmware and provided me the option to update from there as well.

I have another strange situation, I update my DS-2CV1021G0-IDW cameras with latest firmware available on the page: DS-2CV1021G0-IDW But the version remains the same, only build date had changed. Isn't that strange? Did they do anything inside this new firmware, despite changing the build date?

I just update my 7608NI-K1 (C) to this firmware version: 4.75.200 build 231110 directly from HIK-Partner PRO. After the update, I searched the HIKVISION PORTAL and found nothing!

Did this several time, no success on unbinding the old account.

I have the UNBIND option on SADP, but I need the password to do that, and the password on the camera sticker isn't working.

I don't have this option, as I bought a pile of returned items, and not a single item.

I contacted them, but they are not willing to unbind the old user which already added this camera to his account . . . confidential and privacy motivation . . .

I bought this CS-TY1 camera, directly from Amazon UK, as returned pile of items. I have the original box, but I am not able to add it to Hikconnect, cause itnis still bind to previous owner. Is there something I can do in this situation?

I have same issue with my 7208HQHI-K1 DVR, after upgrading firmware to V4.25.001 build201107. Is there a way to fix this problem?

I successfully update my DVR to latest firmware: 4.25.001 build 211207. Everything works as expected.
