Hi Can anyone help me. I want to use iVMS-4200 to view my cameras from my HIK DVR. I have downloaded the software, added in my DVR which now shows as "online" in the software yet when I go to the main Camera View, there are no cameras showing? I see nothing. What am I doing wrong? [By the way...
