So...I have 2 Hikvision Ip cameras DS-2CD2T85FWD-I5. They are disconnecting from the NVR continuously. If I unplug then plug them again from the regular switch they are working again for a couple of minutes then disconnects. I attached a picture for you guys to see how they are connected. Sorry...
