Mines still gone on nvr step back. By that I mean it's showing hd in the app with out issue. Ive Not updated camera to the latest led trigger yet either

This is the thing. It sends live feeds to the app. It sends notifications to the app. It sends marker is my intrusion and line crossing playback. So the cameras must be talking to the nvr and the nvr must be sending to the app. The only thing it won't do is show any markers for smart detection...

True. But then I would have to unlink the cameras and hdd and redo all the passwords and emails that will probably class as its already registered etc.

Thanks for the heads up. I will stick with the previous step back then. Just need to sort the smart playback issue. I thought someone may have an idea why there are no markers on it.

Can you help me with my issue. Drawing a line on screen on smart playback but and getting no markers ( on any camera) do these Settings look OK to you? Dual vca is enabled. I get markers for intrusion but not when I draw the line. Any cameras shows no markers and the screen is static.

Here I think it's what you need.

My other 4mp colorvu cameras were fine. Playback on the nvr via 8mp camera also stuttered and skipped every 4 seconds. All that is now fine. It's an nvr 9mp camera issue I think.

I got the update and no end of issues for my hikconnect green screen and connection issues. I stepped back the firmware and no issues on hikconnect app.

I have just noticed the smart playback line crossing detection isn't working. I have events captured on smart playback in the intrusion zone but there are no captures for line crossing grid of quadrilateral. All just show a none event blue line and a frozen picture. I know there were plenty...
