Could Hikvision move in a firmware update the position of the red record icon clapper board to the far outside top right corner so as not to block the main field of view and say decrease its size. A idea that may be worthwhile perhaps.

Its the jerky vision on playback thats got me puzzled. No matter what setting is changed relating to the camera just cant get 100% smooth vision of moving cars. Some high settings get the seconds time display way out of wack and the seconds hang then speed up to catch up. Have run out of ideas...

With my new 7616NI-M2/16P and same camera I had been using 3840x2160 Variable Medium 20fps General 8192 H265 I frame 50. It suffers from a small amount of jerky vision with moving cars only on live view. Increasing settings only makes it worse. I have my live view set at fluency and monitor 4k...

Got it sorted. IP number on cam1 was.8 and nvr wants .2. 98% setup done on new nvr Found where the setting in nvr browser for virtual host was and logged into the cam and changed ip. Regards Fred

I have upgraded my nvr from a 7608ni i2 to a new 7616ni-m2/16p. Loaded v4.63.010 build 230619 that went fine. Plugged my cameras in and camera 1 2CD2387G2 on port1 is saying the network is unreachable. My other 5 cams 2cd2385s are all working. So I have tried editing in the nvr GUI and no joy...

I have tried all settings but cant get any audio coming out of the rear audio rca output jack on the rear panel of the nvr. I get audio on my hikconnect phone app. My audio amp setup works as I can get a hum by touching the centre pin of the rca plug cable. Guessing its line level that should be...

I dont like the look of it and have rolled back to v4.40
