I was hoping that also the Overlay Rule Frame and Target Frame on Background Picture that is missing from the beginning was fixed, but still it is not in. I can confirm that white light is in the option box again.

I can confirm that 5.7.1 didn’t solve the issue via nvr. Without nvr ik couldn’t get notification in hik-connect. So i went back to nvr. Then i saw to late the option via email to attach picture. Will try that later on.

Thanks, it is strange while i get the notification with markers from the start after enabling rules. but then i had only the g3 models. And i do agree that within g5 some things are found on different places. Maybe the nvr in this case can’t process them from g5. Maybe i’ll try to get the g5 on...

I believe it is related to local rules setting and the event setting.

That version on yours NVR seems to be related to the (C) version. The latest version for your mothers will be V4.30.085, only to install via upload or USB direct on NVR. HIKVISION UK PORTAL Hopefully that upgrade on yours will resolve the issue.

If you have added your mothers into hik-connect, you can easily check ;-) I have the same but then the (B) version. And that updated automatically to V4.30.055_build201111 while installing.

No the cams are alright there, as the virtual host setting will connect to them. I have the same situation, but no issues on connecting to the cams via :65001. maybe it are cached settings into the browser, Disable content blocker, use different SSID names for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, Modify DNS...

You might check this one, not sure if virtual host is already on.

The internal 168.254.x are not reachable from your normal lan, that is normal as it is a separate lan. But you might try to install the plugin, see top of your browser. And after that click on the link 192.168.1.250:65001 hope this helps you might also try another browser here.

maybe you can check on image / day-night setting to look if there is an option to let the light shine all night if that is what you want. if you only want the extra light put on on a event, while you say recording is on for 24/7, i think you might set up the event and look at arming schedule to...
