Well. I am flabbergasted and relieved. Thought I would add the NVR manually to the app. Put in the SN and bingo, got live feeds. At first was a bit dubious that it was just pulling the stream over my internal Network so turned WIFI off on my phone and amazingly I still got live feeds...

Thanks JB. It's as good call. I had let DHCP and DNS do their thing a few times. It could be the IP provider. Had issues in the past when their settings even blocked this forum to me. Nevermind. I am sure it's something simple but at the moment can't see it. Thank you for your help...

Have also downgraded Firmware to the previous version. Router has allocated correct ports via UPnP Still showing offline. All very strange. Good job I don't go out much.

The NVR can be connected to a WIFI bridge or extender that is connected to your router. I have done this in past with a TP link AC1200. Sorry not sure the cam can be connected this way.

I'd go with that, as I am using the K2 at the moment with 6 4meg cams at virtually max frame rates, etc and whilst it does the job, it's a bit sluggish at times.

Re the choice of NVR. I wouldn't bother with the K series for anything more than 8 cams. If you want up to 16 then get an I series. Re the ADSL line. Bandwidth might become an issue for you.
