Do those settings look ok for my main camera? Wanted 20fps as it's the front door

I've had to change back to H264 because the playback was stuttering and jumping seems smoother on H264 but it's using quite a bit more bandwidth.

I've changed it to H265+ and it seems to load quicker, is that OK? Is 15fps enough for main stream with exposure 1/100? I need to get a clear shot of moving faces.

Thanks! Is the line crossing detection playback on Hikconnect substream or main stream? Also, I've enabled daylight saving time but I don't have a (W) next to the time stamp? Is that right?

Had an installer here today with an iPhone 13, he installed my cameras on his Hik-Connect on the V4.60.000 firmware, no green boxes or playback issues. He thinks it's a firmware conflict with the Hik-Connect app and Samsung phones, something to do with Hikvision having a disagreement with Samsung?

Trying to get the LED lights on my ColorVu 8mp IP cameras. On the sensitivity slider 1 - 7 Which is the highest sensitivity? So the camera lights come on sooner when it's dusk not black dark?

Rolled mine back to previous firmware V.4.51.025 this morning, green screen and failed playback issue has gone, must have been dodgy firmware. Do you have a Samsung Android phone?

Just downgraded the firmware, all went well, had to redo a few settings but nothing too bad. Green screen issue has gone, playback works and H265+ is working fine. Definitely a dodgy firmware. What phones have you all got? It looks like this issue could be specific to Android Samsungs

Does a factory reset of an NVR cause the firmware to go back to the beginning?

I'm struggling with the settings for DS-2CD2387G2-LU Colorvu cameras. WDR is better when it's dark but looks too light during the day, also I'm struggling with exposure, currently at 1/150 but dark at night. I've got the LEDs on the cameras set to the brightest setting.

So I'll have to downgrade?

Will that solve the green screen issue from V.4.60.000?

Is there a newer version? Can't find it
