Now you know why I'm buying the G1 versions of the 2347 and replacing all my 2355's and 2385's. Lots of them still available in the US and, despite some feature issues, they are still the best low light cams we can get.

It writes to #1, then to #2. Buy the biggest ones that cover your needs.

I've got five of the G1 versions and there's no reason not to have those options. Hik really needs to update the firmware for the G1's to allow those capabilities.

That's going to be tough. An I-series is about $500, plus $125 per hard drive. $200-ish per camera, plus cabling, monitor, battery backup, etc.

I think most of the (really good) advice offered is for someone who is at least a hobbyist with IP cameras. My suggestion is to call in a pro to help you.

Reboot your NVR. Occasionally I get errors and playback issues, including the famous "too many resources" error message. Reboot of the NVR so far has always cured the problems.

Is it going to a gmail account? If so you have to enable less secure apps in gmail in order for it to work. There's a thread on here about it.

Is there any reason you can't disable Malwarebytes in order to upgrade the plugin? Or add it to the whitelist?
