Ok just tried this.
It does change the Nvr/Dvr admin password.
However the Hik-Connect login password stays as the original and you can still access live view. Remote configuration is disabled though.
Not sure what is gained by this.
The Hikvision IP cameras I have seen normally have a reset button. Depower the camera, press & hold the reset button, repower the camera then release the button after approx 30 seconds.
If I click on the file I get this screen on my iPhone.
