Not sure it's possible. Not only is it a discontinued product, it also used Hik-Central which is no longer supported. Maybe the newer firmware will provide the option but it may also brick your device if it's not the US version. Do you have a DDNS option?

What software are you using for the remote viewing? I ask because it's harder to implement streaming restrictions (that actually stick) on mobile devices vs. remote viewing with iVMS-4200 on a PC. Let me know as it should be possible either way.

Sounds like a bug in the firmware. Latest version found here V3.4.104_190424. One such bug rebooted my NVR every time it sent an alert email. Thankfully it was quickly patched.
