My Forum Post 5,001!
I just want to add to this thread that V5 is giving our team a heck of a lot of Support queries to deal with :(
Just for a start-off it has completely changed how you add cameras to your NVR; new options, new screens, new things to set / unset..
And, about 50% of users are...
In fact, you can double-click the IP address shown in the row(s) in SADP and your preferred browser should open a new tab at the login page for the device :)
If you run SADP it should show you a list of the Hikvision devices currently connected to the same network that your PC is on.
That list will show your NVR's current IP address.
It's probably best to give them a call, and perhaps share your photos to their Customer Service folks - they should be able to reassure you and ensure that you end-up with the correct keys.
Hikvision have today publicly declared a vulnerability with some NVR models and released new firmware to fix the issue.
A detailed statement can be found here:

As soon as you mention that you would like to read number plates (but [understandably] don't want to pay the premium for a specialist number plate camera) we are going to have a tendency to run for the hills!
To recommend a non-specialist ANPR camera is to set you up for a #FAIL and ourselves...
Not that make and model.
We tend to only discuss the products from the manufacturers whose products we sell, and that we are therefore familiar with - so you will find some Q&As on Hikvision's AX-Pro range of intruder alarms, for example.
