Hi @Paul Bradley , In case that you didn't try it yet... you can update your Annke NVR with NVR_K74_BL and this will change the firmware to Hikvision ... i just tried it to mine which is exactly the same NVR as yours and it's working but I had to lower the resolution from 2160p to 1768p as I had...
