I view my cameras most of the time from my PC, using internet explorer. what's going to happen after June 15th? are there any solutions to this problem yet?

I cannot access NVR from my browser (internet explorer) anymore after I switched ISP's and have installed a new router. I got the system this January and set it up myself have previously just gone to 192.169.2.33 using internet explorer and then login with my details and I could see everything...

I would imagine thats who the offer aimed at, you'd like to think professional installers know what to buy already, it's their job;)

i believe use-ip do a a 14 day try before you buy where you can try the camera out first, and if it's no good then they take it back

I've seen a youtube video where you can do that, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it. I get a bit of light from streetlights abut 30m away so I very rarely see my lights ever come on, I have the colorvu G2 4MP ones

well I finally got there. I tried all your suggestions, more than once, and got nowhere. was just about to give up and did one more final logging out and restating the app and then it's finally decided to work! must have just been a glitch

that is a shame. so a camera worth hundreds of pounds can be thwarted by a simple plastic ring, worth about 50p...

yea all cameras connected to an NVR. I've just been into the video audio settings of the 3rd camera (that won't play sound on IVMS4500) and changed sub stream to video and audio, but that doesn't make a difference, still no sound on my phone
