I unzipped the file, what do you mean by update it with the digital.dav file? I can't access through a browser.

I've just tried it, failed. Plugged the USB in, clicked upgrade, clicked on the file, it said it will reboot which it did. When it came back on it is still showing the old firmware V3.4.100

Exact same problem as me!! It must be a problem at their end. Delete the app from your phone. Google "Old version of Hikconnect App" click on the first link and download the app from 12th April 2021. That has worked for me, until Hikvision get it sorted out
