Can anyone help?

I've noticed the playback time on the Hik Connect timeline does not match the time showing on the camera OSD, it's out by about 20 seconds. Also the cameras are all out from each other by a few seconds. Firmware is up to date on the NVR and cameras, Hik Connect app is the latest version...

Hmmm it's totally messed up my time and caused the NVR to crash

I've done that, unfortunately nothing has changed

So I just click enable and that will update the time on all cameras?

I've changed the system time here, its now accurate and staying accurate but the time on the 4 cameras hasn't changed.

I've got 4 IP cameras, they are all showing slightly different times. I have tried connecting the NVR and going to system settings, I've changed the time and clicked apply, when I go back into system settings it's still showing the correct time but the time in the corner of the cameras hasn't...

Thanks, what is best? Wait for the new IP version to come out or get the analog version?

I see the new IP camera only has 30m white light distance where as the analog one is 40m?

Does Accusense have the same intrusion detection/line crossing just with less false notifications or is it a different interface?

Will this camera work with the DS-7604NI-K1-4P(B) NVR?

It's a DS-7604NI-K14P (B) I didn't install the system it was installed almost three years ago by a company. I think they made their own cables. Don't have the exact model number but they are 4k 8mp turret cameras.

I've just realised one of my POE Hikvision cameras has gone offline. There is usually a green/orange light flashing on the back of the NVR, 4 lights but one is out? I'm clueless

I have the DS-7604NI-K14P(B) it's currently on V3.4.112 I'm keen to upgrade to version 4, will upgrading wipe any of my previous data? Intrusion zone/line crossing settings?

I've finally managed to install V.3.4.112, I was just about to install the first Version 4 but should I hold back?

I had this exact problem with Hik-Connect yesterday evening. It was taking ages to load notifications, but this morning it's back to normal. Is yours sorted now? I presume it was a problem at their end.

Rebooting randomly every few hours, very annoying!

Thanks, so when I can get the first upgrade on will I need to upgrade each one individually or will I just go straight to the latest one?
