You need to enter NVR's IP adress trought port 554 and under channel write port of desired camera. That camera must use H264 encoding and substream must for 640x380 or lower.

Strange. Usually if there is problem with opening doors power supply would be a problem. Can you try to revers main and extension?

What IP address did you typed into Linked network on indoor extension?

Did you check your hik-connect settings for that camera's? Are those camera's shared on more accounts or you are using only one acc?

Do your test mail goes trought?

Hi @william, i believe here is your problem : This DVR can have IP cam up to 960p, and your EZVIZ camera is 1080p. Also chech your encoding on camera.

Can you try with IVMS turned off? If you have IVMS on all the time. Did you check your FW versions?

Hi @Photoscot , what do you mean dropping out? You are not receiving notifications ? It's doesn't make any difference between config via browser or IVMS.

You need to use substream not bigger that 640x340 ( or lower ). And H264 must be encoding.

You can add camera's to another NVR via rtsp?

In previous FW you could choose between indoor station and center. 1gen units had option to do it both ( one press call indoor, longer press call center). You should give it a try, i'm not sure.

Try this. I haven't played with SIP option's. Maybe somebody else would be of better help.

I knew where it was in older FW ( like 2.0.8 ). I'll look into it and post it here later.
