latest version from beginning, 3.7.0.5. I could downgrade but don't see the point in that

Hi all, having problems with KD8003-IME1 fw v2.2.52. I enter all right config into VOIP gateway but always get "Device error". Same config worked in fw 2.0.8. I'm using FreePBX. Any advise. I did factory default few times, can't downgrade to older version.

I have problem with 2.2.52 version on KD8003. Every time i try to save config of VOIP gateway i get Device error. Same config that was working on 2.0.8 version. Anybody with same problem?

If only thing that is not working is calling indoor from outdoor check time. Syncronize time between indoor and outdoor. Click this SDK Synchronization on indoor. Same thing on outdoor. Second is time syncronize time when adding device into Ivms.

They have logs but i don't think you'll see reason for device going offline. Don't get you, now everything is working and config remained the same? You did reboot?

We are official distributor of HIKVISION equipement in Croatia. We never sold KH6320-WTE2 without KAD706 and never told anybody to use KH6320 WiFi for communication with outdoor unit. As far as I know it's not meant to work that way. You have do other options to try ( besides the one you...

You have KAD706 that's on your local network? You have KH6320-WTE2 ( 2-wire version). Try connecting KAD706 to switch where you connected outdoor unit.

Not sure about DS-K1T501SF but WiFi on KH6320 is only for connection with internet for Hik-Connect to work ( if you have wired connection between indoor and outdoor but with no wired connection with router).

If i understood corectly you are using wifi on indoor to communicate with outdoor? WiFi on indoor station is only for accessing internet connection for Hik-Connect, not to communicate with outdoor unit. Try putting indoor station on wire and see results.

I didn't went for upgrade yet, customer was calling me from a location with that problem. Hik support later told me about Aux being enabled after 4.40.500. But will recommend 4.51.100 ( witch i actually used with DS-9632NI-I8 and is completely different from 4.4x.xxx versions).

Interesting thing about that. It's not supported before v4.40.500 on that model. First thing i went for was Aux, but there was none.

Hi all, i have DS-96128NI-I16. Two monitors are on site and both are working ( HDMI/VGA and HDMI2). Does anybody know how can I use mouse on second output? For now i only have live view on HDMI2 but without possibility to use mouse ( or I don't know how). Thank you

Hi, is this setup on a location? Maybe you could set other two as slave with setting Door No.1 and second Door No.2 under device management. I don't have any here, you could screenshot intercom page setting on browser.

Hi guys, does anybody have in production G0 with RTMP streaming on Youtube? I have problems when I end stream on Youtube. I can't get live stream again without restarting the camera.
