Is there another way of accessing the full camera setting without logging on by connecting to the router and logging into the camera itself? if I log directly into the camera, I can manage all the setting, however once connected to the NVR not all the settings are there. as in, Lens Distortion...

It wasn't , however I've managed to track down and contact the seller and they going to get it sorted for me. cheers for all the information provided, much appreciated :) so purchasing from a Authorised Hikvision seller is at the end of the day worth the extra for peace of mind. ;)
