I have never had any issues like this before now. I tried that, 2 NVRs were already set to UDP, one I changed from TCP to UDP. But 2 others are on remote sites and HTTP is blocked, so I guess I can't check/change those 2 NVR settings without opening up their HTTP ports temporarily?

If you mean how many days are stored on your personal NVR then the way I do it is in IVMS-4200 go to "Remote Playback" and when you select a day the calendar view shows an mark on days have recordings so you can count back to see how many days of recordings you have.

According to some of my previous notes I got this working in the past using this RTSP URL: /Streaming/Channels/01 I can't remember which of my NVRs this was on and I can't try it myself right now but give that a go.
