You don't need to have old FW. Just do factory default now. camera will go into inactive status and default ip address.

Hi @bit2gb, my advice is to factory reset the NVR. You went from GUI 3.0 to GUI 4.0. It's a big step and there is a good chance that every change didn't applied.

Hi, when you are using PoE NVR the best pratice is to factory reset your camera and add trought P-a-P sort of adding. Easiest way to do that.

hi, i had one situation where i couldn't use acusense on camera's that don't support it. After enabling AI by device i managed to use it. Where on camera's that are acusense i didn't need to do it. And i could use it on 4 devices, other needed to be acusense camera. Different situation that...

Try factory reseting camera. Reset Button : Hold for 5 seconds to restart and set all parameters to default.

Hi, if you added that camera to hik-connect don't you have the option unbind from account on last step of adding?

Check time on indoor and on outdoor unit. If you can call from outdoor to indoor unit maybe time isn't snyc. try batch time snyc in ivms.

If you go to indoor unit i select Live view can you see image from outdoor unit? Or if you go into setting and try selecting outdoor unit for your indoor unit do you see it? Does your power supply from the distributor have a potentiometer to raise the power supply to 29V?

You have another problem. If you go to Live View from indoor station can you see image from outdoor unit?
