I have talked with my provider and i have solved the problem only in one of the 2 dvr By placing the ip and a different port.
Unfortunately the same settings in this dvr DS-7104HGHI-SH dont function. Also in this dvr i can not use the playback. Do you think that there is a general problem...
Can i do the test through from this HIK?
I have tested only through outlook with imap, ssl and work fine.
I have two HIK (DS-7108HQHI-K1) with the same settings and same problem.

i have adjusted it for all the cameras in that way. For example in camera 1 i have put tiger alarm and tiger channel A1.

i have done the settings for the email notification
I have activated motion in every camera but unfortunately i have not received any email at all.
What am i doing wrong? Can somebody help me?
