Also this is what IVMS 4200 is giving me. But now the cam is connected to the NVR, the app HikConnect on my iPhone says the camera is offline...and there is a LOCAL icon which is grayed.

Ok the cam is directly connected to a PoE port on the NVR. The link http://192.168.1.19/doc/page/config.asp cannot access the camera any longer. And now the garden camera is "grayed" in the list.

I've just tried Apple Safari but still the same problem. Would you like me to send you some screen shots of the current settings ? My biggest concern is that the camera is not even connected to the NVR but directly to the router. If I connect the cam to the NVR, I can no longer access the camera...
