2 x DS-2DE4A425IW-DE
2 x DS-2CD2365G1-I
1 x DS-7604NI-K1(B) 2TB
ISP is Virgin Media 200mb using Superhub 3.0
Cams connected directly to NVR via PoE and on H.265.

I rolled mine back today to 3.4.110. Put all my motion line detection intruder settings back to how they were and now I’m not receiving any notifications at all. Have enabled notify surveillance Center and notifications under the tab on the ProControl app.
As of now the ProConnect app is showing device offline for live feed and playback.
I am able to view live feed and playback through the hikconnect but only over the manually added NVR over LAN (192.168 etc)
I may start a new thread as I seem to have hijacked this one lol.
Another update:
ProControl playback working after manually rebooting NVR. 4 hours later back to “failed to search the video”.
Can not access the NVR via browser over LAN but strangely it’s allowing me to access the cameras which are directly connected to the NVR. I am accessing them over the...
Just wanted to update this. NVR rebooted itself 20 mins ago and playback from events and manual playback at the ProControl app are working fine.
I’m guessing this is an NVR issue and not the app or a network problem.

Also having the same issues. Very intermittent. NVR reboots itself atleast twice a day...
Live feed is no problem. Event playback and regular playback through Hik-Connect I’ll get “Failed to search the video”. I say Hik-Connect but I’m using ProControl+.
